Welcome to One Home. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the 1home.app website and application (the “Service”) operated by One Home (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
One Home is a home management and maintenance tracking platform that allows users to create, assign, and track household tasks and maintenance activities. The Service includes a web application and SMS notification features.
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Program Name: One Home Task Notifications
Description: One Home sends transactional SMS notifications to registered users regarding task assignments, task status updates, task reminders, and other account-related activity.
Opt-In: By providing your mobile phone number during registration and checking the SMS consent checkbox, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from One Home. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your task activity, typically 1–10 messages per week.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message from One Home. You will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe. You may also disable SMS notifications in your account settings.

Supported Carriers: The Service is available on major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose of home management and maintenance tracking. You agree not to:
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by One Home and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service (e.g., task descriptions, notes, and images). By submitting content, you grant One Home a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. One Home is not responsible for any property damage, personal injury, or other harm resulting from reliance on task reminders or maintenance suggestions provided through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Home and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
