One Home uses SMS text messaging to send transactional notifications to registered users. These messages include task assignments, status updates, completion confirmations, and reminders related to property management activities.
Users opt in to SMS notifications by providing their phone number and enabling SMS in their account settings. Consent to receive SMS is not required to use the service. Message frequency varies based on account activity, typically 1–10 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply.
